Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods — without giving any reason.

This right applies to all standard products purchased online from featuringdecor.ie.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us first — Email info@featuringdecor.ie or call +353 89 418 4416 within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order reference number.
2. We will provide return instructions and a return reference number.
3. Pack items securely in their original packaging. Items must be in unused, uninstalled, and undamaged condition.
4. Ship the items to our return address. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Refund issued within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and uninstalled
• In original packaging with no damage
• Returned within 14 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee if items are returned in a condition that suggests use.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
• The original delivery charge is refunded only if the entire order is returned.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

• Items that have been cut, trimmed, or installed
• Items damaged after delivery due to improper installation or storage
• Special-order or custom items ordered specifically for your project
• Items returned after the 14-day window without prior agreement

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged or defective on arrival
• Incorrect (wrong product or size shipped)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order reference number
• A clear photograph of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
