Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order or using our website. By purchasing from featuringdecor.ie, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Placing an Order

By completing checkout and clicking "Place Order", you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example in the case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
You must be aged 18 or over to purchase from this website.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices displayed on our website are in Euro (€) and include VAT at 23%.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are not included in displayed product prices.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.
In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer a full refund.

4. Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe.
Payment is taken in full at the time of checkout.
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your card details.

5. Delivery

We deliver to all 32 counties in Ireland.
Estimated delivery is 1–3 working days from dispatch.
Delivery charges are calculated based on distance from our Navan warehouse.
Free delivery applies to orders over €200.
Click & Collect is available free of charge from our Navan shop.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or events outside our control.

6. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display product dimensions, colours, and finishes.
Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and display calibration — this is not considered a defect.
Panel sizes are stated in approximate measurements within standard manufacturing tolerances (±2%).
It is the customer's responsibility to order the correct quantity of panels for their project. We recommend measuring carefully and adding 10% for wastage.

7. Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price paid for that order.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from the use of our products.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on featuringdecor.ie, including images, text, logos, and design, is the property of Featuring Decor and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
