We deliver premium wall panels to every corner of Ireland. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping options and costs.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all 32 counties of Ireland — both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Click & Collect

Free collection is available from our showroom:

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation email with you.

Collection Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
• Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
• Sunday: Closed

Dispatch Times

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day of payment being confirmed.
• Orders placed after 2:00pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch
• During busy periods (e.g. Bank Holidays), please allow an extra 1–2 days

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us.

Large & Pallet Orders

For very large orders that require pallet delivery, we will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery time and quote. Please get in touch before ordering if you need a bulk delivery.

Damaged in Transit

Despite our careful packaging, damage can occasionally occur in transit. If your order arrives damaged:

1. Do not sign for the delivery as undamaged — note the damage with the courier if possible
2. Photograph the damaged goods and packaging immediately
3. Contact us within 48 hours at info@featuringdecor.ie with photos and your order reference

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.
